How you can visit us

By car:

You drive from Prague to Lovosice using D8 highway, then using road num. 30 you drive to Ústí nad Labem. There you cross the bridge above Labe river and you drive through the Střekov suburb in the opposite direction of Labe´s flow. You drive under the rock on which the castle stays and on the first crossing you turn left. That way leads you to the parking place near the castle. From Lovosice you can take the direction of Terezín and Litoměřice and from there using the road 261 and on the other bank of Labe right under Střekov.

By mass transport:

Nearby the castle there is Ustí nad Labem-Střekov railway station, where every 2 hours fast trains from Kolín and Lysá nad Labem, continuing to Ústí nad Labem, stop. You can get to Střekov easily even from Ústí nad Labem západ station and Ústí nad Labem hlavní nádraží station, which is perfectly connected by trains from nearly whole Czech republic (Cheb, Praha, Liberec, Brno, Olomouc etc). The city is also very well connected by buses. It is advisable to use Ústí nad Labem city transport – bus stops „Karla IV“ and „Pod hradem“, from which you will be guided to Střekov by tourist marks.
